Hello Doctor John K,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry it has taken me so long to respond to you. I have had some personal items, which I will explain in full detail to you below. But first, the matter at hand.

I am very concerned about the new lab work results. When is the operation expected to happen? I'm just throwing this out there, but do you have a copy of Donna's lab work that you could email to me? I have a nephew who is a doctor at Mayo Clinic, and I'm sure he could offer a second opinion. Mayo, as you probably know, is a wonderful organization, with specialists in cancer of the breast. I propose that I use a small portion of the funds from Donna to fly him over to wherever she is hospitalized. What do you think? I’d also like to use a tiny portion to buy a new lawnmower. I have my eye on a new John Deere!

Please tell Donna that I have received Stephen's email. It was in my Spam, which is strange, but sometimes that happens.

Doctor, on a more personal note, I have a niece, Penny, who is very ill. The doctors here are perplexed by her condition. Are you taking new patients? I would like for her to come see you, as she is not getting any answers from doctors here. What network are you in for insurance purposes?

-HT

Additional Thoughts:

I didn’t feel like Doctor John K was forthcoming enough with information about my new friend. And if I am going to be getting millions from this friend, I felt I needed to not only know exactly what was going on, but also offer assistance. He didn’t seem very interested, as it would turn out. Huge surprise….
