Mr. Tubman, I really appreciate your level of understanding in this very issue.

Meanwhile, I cannot change the decision of the entire company management because of you, because I am working under instructions, and I will appreciate it if you can cooperate with their order my making sure the needed fee of $950 is been sent today unfailingly.

More importantly, the needed fee of $950 cannot be deducted from the total funds of $12.500,000,00usd due to the agreement Mrs. Donna Brown signed with the authority of this company when she deposited the funds here, which stated that no amount of money should be deducted from the total funds, until it gets to your disposal as the lawful beneficiary for security reasons, so base on that agreement, we are forbidden from deducting any amount from the funds, as the funds was put under insurance coverage department.

Please do have the fee send to the account which I sent to you in my previous email and get back to me with the attachment slip for my office confirmation.

Yours friend

Stephen James
