Stephen,

l accept your apology. You'll be pleased to know that I will be retrieving my passports from my deposit box on Monday. I would do it today, but the bank is closed. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

As a sign of good faith, are you going to be able to ship me Twinings tea? I can tell you several great shops that will have this tea; if you mention my name, they will likely know exactly what I'm looking for. I'm a regular customer! :)

Also, do you know the current status of Donna's health? It's been several days since I have heard from her or John, and I'm becoming concerned.

Finally, I'm sure you are tired of hearing about my dead Howie, but I have decided that I think I will adopt a cat from a local animal shelter. Hopefully that will help me put it in the past. Thank you very much for that advice; it's exactly what I needed to hear. Tomorrow we will have a lovely burial service for Howie. I'm sort of nervous/excited at the same time. I think that's normal.

Just curious, do you have a family, Stephen? Do you celebrate Thanksgiving in the UK?

Additional Thoughts:

I want to get to know Stephen. And I want to see if he would literally buy and ship me tea in order to close this deal. Spoiler alert - he did not. Also, I want to test how long I can play this dead Howie card. I am sure he is beyond tired of hearing about my dead dog.
